This is the more common breed to this day because of the fact that they do not have to be moved out and in each year.

This may sound and seem strange as they do tend to use a bit more power, but they can turn themselves on and off by using a thermostat rather then having to be turned off like the mobile units. Once the home reaches a certain temperature then the unit will shut down and then not restart until the home falls below the target temperature.
